Sticky Mat

A Sticky Mat is a multi-layered adhesive floor mat that aims at efficiently grabbing dust, dirt, and contaminants on footwear and equipment prior to their entry into controlled environments. It is common in cleanrooms, laboratories, hospitals, electronic manufacturing facilities and other sensitive places where cleanliness is paramount. A specially made adhesive is applied to each layer to ensure that the particles are trapped without leaving any residue on shoes or wheels. In the event of a dirty layer, the layer is easily peeled off, leaving a clean and fresh layer beneath, hence a consistent performance. The hygiene is maintained with sticky mats to reduce the chances of contamination as well as improve the quality of products.
