Water Based Flux Cleaner SC-2500

Water-Based Flux Cleaner SC-2500 is a technologically advanced micro-emulsion aqueous cleaning agent which can be used to clean PCBs which have been soldered. It is developed as a high-performance concentrate and can be used to quickly and efficiently lift off post-solder flux residues to guarantee an ideal level of cleanliness and reliability in electronic assemblies. The cleaner can also be used to remove uncured solder paste and adhesives in the event of misprinted PCBs, and therefore it is a versatile product that can be used in rework and maintenance.

It has a surfactant-free composition, thus ensuring that it does not degrade during use but allowing it to perform consistently over time. SC-2500 (non-foaming) is suitable to use in an automated cleaning system, allowing it to work without interruption of the process. It should be rinsed under water, and the product comes in the form of a concentrate and a ready-to-use pre-diluted product depending on the cleaning needs.
