Desktop Coating Machine

A Desktop Coating Machine is a small, automated machine to apply protective finishes on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and delicate electronic parts. It is widely applied in electronics production, research and development laboratories and small and medium-sized production facilities. The machine can be programmed to run on a programmable 3-axis motion system that can precisely dispense or spray a conformal coating, adhesive or varnish onto specific areas of a PCB. This accuracy leads to uniform coating, a low level of material wastage and increased reliability of the product.

The machines are important in shielding the life of electronic assemblies against environmental influences like water, dust, corrosion and chemical exposure and prolong the life of the machine.
