SCH-PC101 - Spray Can

SCH-PC101 is a single acrylic conformal coating that is of higher quality and is used to give high-quality protection to the printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblages in demanding environments. It forms a thin, clear and smooth protective layer which is very efficient in protection against moisture, dust, chemicals, corrosion and fungal contamination. The finish has rapid drying characteristics, which allow it to be processed quicker and to take less time to be produced. Its high dielectric strength enhances the insulation of electricity, and thus stable circuit operation is possible even in conditions of temperature variation and high humidity. SCH-PC101 can be applied with ease in spray, dip or brush form and can be reworked or removed with ease using appropriate solvents. It is a common application in the automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, and consumer electronics industries, where it is used to provide improved protection and increased lifespan of equipment, complying with industry standards, including MIL-I-46058C and IPC-CC-830.
