KYZEN AQUANOX® A4651US Aqueous Based Ultrasonic PCBA Cleaner is a low-pH cleaning solution specifically designed for ultrasonic immersion cleaning of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).

It provides effective removal of lead-free, no-clean, rosin-based and water-soluble flux residues from electronic assemblies. The formulation reduces the cavitation threshold during ultrasonic cleaning, supporting consistent cleaning performance even on complex PCB assemblies.

AQUANOX A4651US is compatible with a variety of metal components and substrates, including aluminum and copper, and helps produce bright and clean solder joints. Depending on the flux type and process requirements, it can be used as supplied or diluted.
