SMT Desktop 2 Nozzle Pick and Place Machine (54 Feeders with Vision) This is a high-efficiency and flexible machine with the ability to produce PCBs with high precision and has been installed in small- to medium-scale production. It has two nozzles that enable components to be handled simultaneously, which is quite advantageous to the rate at which it can place components and its overall productivity. A high-level vision system ensures that all the components are correctly recognised, positioned and aligned, reducing errors and enhancing quality production.
The machine is more flexible to a large variety of parts and has more feeders (54) which are capable of supporting more components; therefore, it is more capable of supporting complex and high-mix PCBs.
